We’re students in Malta with a shared interest in aviation. Together, we’re designing and building our own radio-controlled (RC) plane.
ABOUT UM AERO
A student RC plane project,
built together.
We started UM AERO to get hands-on with designing and building RC planes.
Founded in March 2026, the team brings together students working on RC plane design, manufacturing, electronics and flight testing.
There’s also plenty to do beyond engineering, from organising the team to sharing our work and finding support for the build.
